Your New Role

As our HVAC Residential Salesperson, you’ll be the go-to expert homeowners trust for honest solutions and high-performance comfort systems.

  • Build lasting relationships with homeowners across Raleigh, NC, and surrounding areas

  • Conduct in-home consultations and system evaluations

  • Recommend and explain HVAC solutions tailored to customer needs

  • Prepare and present professional quotes and estimates

  • Close sales and ensure smooth handoff to our install team

  • Hit monthly sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service

Job requirements

  • Prior sales experience (HVAC or in-home sales preferred)

  • Working knowledge of HVAC systems and energy-efficient products

  • Valid driver’s license and clean background check
