Your New Role

As an HVAC Residential Install Apprentice in the Raleigh, NC area, you’ll gain hands-on experience in HVAC installation, working under the guidance of expert technicians. You’ll learn everything from installing furnaces and air conditioners to setting up thermostats and ductwork. If you’re motivated, reliable, and ready to work hard, we’ll equip you with the skills needed for a successful HVAC career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting in the installation of residential HVAC systems

  • Learning industry safety protocols and best practices

  • Working with senior technicians to understand HVAC components and system setups

  • Preparing, inspecting, and testing HVAC systems for proper functionality

  • Keeping tools, equipment, and job sites clean and organized

  • Communicating professionally with customers under supervision

  • Participating in ongoing training to develop your skills

Job requirements

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Strong desire to learn and build a career in HVAC

  • Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces

  • Excellent communication skills and professional attitude

  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

  • Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, clean background check, and pass a drug screen
