Your New Role
As our Electrical Sales Representative, you won’t just sell services—you’ll provide homeowners with security and peace of mind. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Selling Expertise: Accurately price and sell residential electrical services, from whole-home rewires to panel replacements.
Consultative Approach: Listen to customer needs, diagnose wiring issues, and offer actionable, trustworthy recommendations.
KPI Mastery: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive service truck productivity and sales.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
Customer Focused: Build strong, lasting client relationships with transparent and reliable service.
Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date with the latest electrical industry trends, codes, and best practices.

Job requirements
Proven experience in residential electrical sales, including pricing and service work expertise.
Strong knowledge of older home wiring systems, diagnostics, and replacement recommendations.
Ability to set and achieve high-performance KPIs and deliver on sales goals.
Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first approach.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
