Your New Role

As a Dispatcher based in Fuquay Varina, NC, you’re the brain behind the schedule—the one who makes the magic happen. Your mission? Keep the daily service schedule full, optimized, and aligned with team strengths and customer needs.

  • Dispatch technicians efficiently based on skills and location

  • Adjust and update schedules dynamically to maximize productivity and hit revenue goals

  • Collaborate with Customer Service Reps to fill the board daily

  • Make outbound calls to customers for scheduling and updates

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and urgency

  • Keep records accurate and files organized

  • Support operations by managing appointments and coordinating team calendars

Job requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or administrative support

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits

  • Comfortable using computers, printers, and basic office tech

  • Willingness to take and pass in-house assessments (including DISC)

  • Must pass a background check and drug test
